Belle
Facility Manager and Team Members
Belle heads up our team that is the custodian of our venue’s space, providing a safe and seamless operation for our brides wedding day. This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise and high-end hospitality.
The team also oversees the Glass Hall, Oak Room, and Private Cottages—ensuring the venue is pristine, fully functional, and ready to deliver a flawless luxury experience for every couple.
Cynthia
Venue Owner / Designer
Think of Cynthia as your personal wedding guardian angel. From the moment you book until the last sparkler fades, she can handle the logistics, soothe your nerves, and protect your peace so you can completely immerse yourself in the joy of the day.
Her team is the master of the little details that make a big difference. Whether it’s fluffing your train before you walk down the aisle, ensuring the grandparents have a comfortable seat, or handing you your favorite drink, they are always one step ahead with a smile.

The Venue Coordinator
Angel turns logistics into magic. She is your go-to guide from your first arrival on your wedding day to the moment your last vendor packs up. She provides a steady hand that keeps our entire estate running beautifully on your wedding day.
She ensures every detail of the venue is ready for your milestone moment. She doesn’t just manage a the venue; she cultivates a welcoming, stress-free sanctuary where you can feel completely taken care of from your very first steps on your wedding day to your grand exit at the end of the evening.

Alex is the heartbeat of our property—he cares for our historic pecan groves by day and the wildlife habitats located on the grounds, ensuring all living things thrive within the grove.
With that same patient, watchful eye, he steps behind the camera to documents the land and the local wildlife that calls our grounds home and the beautiful love stories that unfold here. Alex has a keen eye for capturing the memories made upon the grounds.
