Visiting & dates

See the estate and start picturing your day.

How do we schedule a tour?

Visits are by appointment. Choose a tour time, call 850-253-7617, or email team@theorchardseventvenue.com.

Can’t visit in person? We also offer virtual tours and phone conversations.

Is our date available, and how early should we book?

Send an inquiry or email us with your preferred date to check availability. Popular spring and fall dates typically book 9 to 18 months in advance.

Sending an inquiry or scheduling a tour does not reserve your wedding date.

Will ours be the only event?

Yes. We host one wedding per date and offer exclusive, single-event access to the estate for your celebration.

Your wedding day

From getting ready to the last details of the evening.

What happens if it rains?

The climate-controlled Glass Hall offers an indoor ceremony option. We’ll show you the indoor and outdoor spaces during your tour and discuss how the rain plan can work for your guest count and celebration.

How long can we use the venue?
  • Celebration: 10-hour rental.
  • Soirée: 6-hour rental.
  • Elopement: 2-hour rental.

Celebration and Soirée rental times vary with sunset. Up to 2 additional morning hours can be added for $500 per hour.

All festivities must end by 9 PM. We’ll talk through your rental window and arrival and decorating plans with you.

Can we get ready here?

Yes, with Celebration or Soirée. The Bridal Suite and Groom’s Quarters give you separate places to get ready, from the beginning of your rental period until the ceremony. Elopement does not include these spaces.

Can we choose our vendors?

Yes. We provide a vendor list to help you get started, and outside vendors are welcome if they are properly licensed and carry professional liability insurance. Contact us for approval before booking a vendor who is not on our preferred list.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes. You may bring your own alcohol, but it must be served by a licensed, insured professional bartending service. Self-service alcohol is not permitted. Your event liability insurance must include host liquor liability coverage.

Is coordination included?

Coordination is optional. Our 30 Day Coordinator service is $1,750.

An initial planning meeting and a follow-up 30 days before your wedding, when an Associate Coordinator is assigned. Includes timeline and layout creation, a one-hour rehearsal, personal décor setup, and full-day coordination.

You may also hire an approved outside professional coordinator.

Who handles setup and cleanup?
  • Our venue team handles setup and breakdown of venue-provided furniture and site amenities, general post-event trash removal, and estate cleaning.
  • Your team or coordinator must clear your personal décor.
  • Your caterer must bus and clear tables of dishes and trash from dinner service.

The next steps when you’ve found your place.

How do we reserve our date, and when are payments due?

A nonrefundable 25% save-the-date payment of your selected package price reserves your date.

What happens if we cancel or reschedule?

Retainers and booking payments are nonrefundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to estate approval and calendar availability. Contact us to discuss a change to your plans.
