The Celebration

A full wedding day, from getting ready through your ceremony, cocktail hour, seated dinner, and dancing.

The Soirée

A ceremony and cocktail-style celebration, with time to get ready on the property and gather with your guests afterward.

The Elopement
$1,750
A shorter celebration focused on your ceremony, photographs, and time with your closest guests.

2-hour venue rental
Choice of ceremony location
Garden-style ceremony chairs, with setup, breakdown, and basic décor
Ivy Courtyard and Glass Hall for cocktail hour
Access to the grounds for wedding-day photographs
Dressing cottages, rehearsal, and formal seated dinner space are not included.
Additional guests: $100 each, up to 25 total.
Pricing & Booking Details
Guest Counts — Your guest count includes the couple, wedding party, children, and all other attendees who are not vendors. Additional guests are $100 per person, up to your package’s maximum.
Reserving Your Date — A non-refundable save-the-date payment of 25% of your selected package price is required to secure your date.
Holiday Weekends — A $2,000 surcharge applies to holiday weekends.
Event Insurance — A special event liability policy with at least $1 million in coverage is required, with the venue named as an additional insured. Insurance is purchased separately; we’ll provide the coverage requirements.
Rental Times — The Soirée and Celebration rental times vary based on sunset. All festivities must end by 9 PM.

Optional Services
Add time, guests, or planning support to suit your needs. These services are priced separately from your venue package.
Additional Guests — $100 per person
Increase your guest count up to your package’s maximum: 125 for Celebration, 60 for Soirée, or 25 for Elopement.
Additional Venue Time — $500 per hour
Add up to two morning hours before your scheduled rental period.
Timeline Consulting — $500
A one-hour phone or in-person meeting to build your wedding-day timeline. Includes an editable timeline and a Planning Handbook to help you share the plan with your vendors.
Day-of Coordination — $1,500
Includes an initial planning meeting and a follow-up 30 days before your wedding, with an Associate Coordinator assigned at that time. The service includes timeline and layout creation, a one-hour rehearsal, setup of your personal décor, and full-day coordination.
